… This document shows a universal transport and assembly fastening unit that allows for the safe lifting, moving, securing, and mounting of the module without damaging the facade, sheathing, counter-sheathing, lower rodent mesh, and other adjacent elements.
The fastening can be used for crane lifting from different sides of the module, as well as in joint areas where one side must remain free. It acts as a controlled load transfer point, maintaining the geometry of the module and reducing the risk of deformation during loading, transportation, and installation.
The calculation and development of the unit include detailing all elements for the manufacture of this fastening, considering the correct transfer and unloading of forces during lifting, securing, transportation, and installation of the module. A 3D model is also provided, with an example of practical use of the unit within the modular structure.
A separate advantage of the solution is that after the module is installed on piles or any other supports, the fastening can be easily dismantled and reused multiple times. Structural scheme
The load-bearing system consists of:

Metal elements are cut at calculated angles for rational use of material and minimization of waste.
Wooden part
The finishing is made of glued beech without knots:
