From the description, it is immediately clear that you have a good technical foundation and approach the construction process correctly — not from the position of "just to draw," but with an understanding of the logic of the structures and the real conditions of the site. Such descriptions, to be honest, are not common 🙂
This is the right approach, especially when it comes to:
— high groundwater levels;
— loose soils;
— large roof overhangs;
— and future additional loads from the canopy.
For your project, I see that a comprehensive approach is needed:
— foundation for the actual site conditions;
— optimization of the flooring;
— proper calculation of the hipped roof without excessive wood waste;
— and immediately consider the future canopy of 16×7 m, so that we do not have to redo already completed solutions later.
Two specialists will work on the project:
— architect;
— constructor.
This is important because similar projects need to be addressed in tandem:
