Artistic video editing of a music video / Creating an atmospheric vibe
Case: Creation of an atmospheric music video (clip) with a unique composition, integration of AI, and artistic color grading.
This project implements a modern approach to video production — a combination of advanced neural networks for material generation and professional manual editing to visualize the music track ("Confectioner of the Wind", performed by Leonid Shcherbina):
• Working with AI (Kling AI): The initial frames of the video were generated using artificial intelligence based on precise text prompts, allowing for the creation of a unique starting atmosphere and the desired artistic image from scratch.
• Multi-panel editing (Split-screen): The visual sequence is divided into three active panels. This allowed for the creation of a deep panoramic composition and showcased the dynamics of the nighttime snowfall from different angles simultaneously.
• Editing to the tempo rhythm: Each cut, change of shots, and movement in the frame are synchronized with the rhythm, mood, and lyrics of the song for maximum emotional immersion of the viewer.
• Working with light and color palette: A thorough color correction was conducted in Filmora to enhance the contrast between the warm light of the night lamps and the cold atmosphere of the snowfall.
• Atmospheric sound design: Perfect mixing and balance of the studio audio track with the visual sequence.
The work demonstrates the ability to work with generative artificial intelligence and create artistic content that conveys mood. Suitable for music videos, atmospheric promo clips, intros, and artistic Reels/Shorts.
