Automated bot for Telegram and WhatsApp
I will develop a smart bot that processes incoming requests on its own, answers questions, accepts voice messages, and works 24/7 without operator involvement.

Brief description of goals — what the bot should do, what communication scenarios are important
Access to the Telegram bot (token) and/or access to WhatsApp Business API (through a third-party platform, if available)

Details for YooKassa (shop_id, secret_key) — for payment integration
Desired subscription limits (price, duration, what is available without a subscription)
Preferences for data storage (e.g.: SQLite, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Basic setup of the Telegram bot with GPT-4 integration (or local model), responses to text messages, and saving dialogues
