Client Goal:
Build an AI-powered chatbot for a fitness studio to handle client inquiries, assist with class bookings, and operate strictly based on provided company information.
My Contribution:
Developed an AI chatbot for a fitness studio to answer client questions, assist with class bookings, and work strictly from provided data. Trained it on company info and Q&A, added interactive buttons, and tested performance. Set up automation via Zapier to send email notifications and transfer data to a Google Sheets–based CRM.
