Automation of Email Processing and Integration of AI Autoresponder

This case was implemented for a client who faced a huge number of incoming emails. The main goal was to create a system that would automatically classify messages and respond to them without involving additional personnel.

I developed and implemented an intelligent automation system based on artificial intelligence, which fully takes over the work with Gmail — from sorting mail to generating personalized responses.

Technical solution:
The automation is built on several AI agents that operate within a single structured workflow:

Classification: Each email is analyzed by a neural network and automatically categorized (support, sales, partnership, invoices, etc.).

Smart routing: Depending on the category, the email is directed according to the appropriate processing logic.

Response generation: A specialized AI agent creates a professional response, taking into account the context and intentions of the sender.

Sending: The prepared response is automatically sent to the client or saved in drafts for final review.

Result:
The entire process operates autonomously, requires no manual intervention, and is easily scalable to meet the needs of a growing business. This allowed the client to reduce email processing time by 90%.
