Automation of receipt printing for the delivery service in the pizzeria
The owner of a delivery service (pizzeria) approached with the task of automating receipt issuance. The administrator manually issued about 50 receipts a day, spending over an hour and making mistakes. They were unable to handle calls and work with clients. An integration of CRM with an online cash register was developed: the receipt is generated and printed automatically when the order status changes. Manual work has been completely eliminated. Savings of about 30 hours a month, zero errors, and service quality has improved.
