Managers now have full control over the process. They can monitor all vehicles, see which points have already been processed, add new tasks, review work history, and analyze statistics. This allows for quick responses to changes and optimizes team performance.
For clients, we created the ability to order a vehicle through the app, making the process more convenient and transparent. They can track the status of their order and receive timely information.
We integrated our system with the client's existing app, developed a new server part for process automation, and created applications for tablets. This comprehensive solution significantly improved the company's operational efficiency and enhanced customer service levels.
