Client's request:
The client needed automation of contact management between ActiveCampaign and Google Sheets to keep lead data up to date without manual entry.

What I did:
• Set up automation in Zapier:
- When a tag is added or removed from a contact in ActiveCampaign, the system searches for the corresponding record in Google Sheets.
- If the record is found, it is updated; if not, new data is added.
• Ensured seamless data synchronization to minimize human errors.

Results for the client:
- Manual data entry was eliminated.
- Improved tracking of contacts and segmentation.
- Faster and more accurate updates of lead data.
