Automation of the GEELY Car Factory

Management of a large project of complex automation. The project is actually a full portfolio of projects, with a hierarchical structure of management. The maximum team size is 70 people. At the top level, there are two sub-projects: IT infrastructure and business applications. In turn, the business application implementation project contains sub-projects for the implementation of 17 subsystems. The insert is divided into three rows (each with its own artefacts). The project was completed with a slight exceeding in terms of time and without exceeding the budget (marginality is observed). Subcontracts were also involved in the project for the performance of the work.
