Creation of a 4-minute promotional video for a company specializing in elite real estate in Cyprus. The main task was to package a large volume of commercial information (advantages of the location, installment conditions, ROI indicators) into a dynamic, corporate video format. To optimize the client's budget and time, instead of organizing traditional studio shoots, I used a realistic AI avatar as the speaker.
Tasks completed:
AI Speaker Generation (Virtual Presenter): Creation and setup of a virtual host with perfect lip-sync to the English script. This provided the video with a solid, persuasive tone necessary to attract investors.
2D Motion Graphics: Development of stylish animated overlays, infographics, and typography (visualization of prices starting from €220,000, ROI 6%, payment stages). This made dry financial figures easy to perceive and kept the viewer's attention.
