Aventis Support — Telegram bot for technical support with a ticket system
Aventis Support is a convenient and functional Telegram bot designed to automate the processing of requests from users of the gaming project.
The main feature of the bot is an automated ticket system for the moderation team.
What has been implemented in the project:
1) Technology stack: Node.js, working with the Telegram Bot API.
2) Ticket logic: When a user creates a request through an intuitive menu, the bot automatically generates a ticket and forwards it to a special closed working group of the project's technical support.
3) Interface (UI): A convenient inline menu has been created with buttons for quick navigation (contacting support, password recovery, links to the website, forum, and store).
4) Optimization: The bot instantly processes user requests without delays and helps the project team respond promptly to player issues.
