A fully functional web application has been developed for educational institutions that provides secure document creation, digital signing, and sharing. Built on ASP.NET Web API, React, and Tailwind CSS. Implemented role-based access control (RBAC), JWT authentication, and client-side PDF digital signature processing. Integrated local signing tools to ensure full offline compatibility. The system supports both community users and regulatory bodies, with adaptive registration processes and structured relationships between entities.
