Blind Car Rental Challenge

Description: Post-production for entertainment auto content. The plot revolves around intrigue: the hero rents a car without knowing its make and class. My task was to turn a linear vlog into an exciting quest. The editing is structured to constantly raise the level of anticipation up to the final reveal.

Key decisions:

Narrative Pacing: Use of "emotional swings" - alternating fast clip editing (road, search) and slowed-down accents (hero's reactions).

Suspense Building: Sound design and musical accompaniment work to build atmosphere before the car reveal.

Dynamic B-Roll: Energetic cuts of driving (Car Porn), highlighting the aesthetics and status of the acquired car.
