Blondi apartment

Our BLONDI is a cozy apartment for a young family, for which we created a maximally functional layout, taking into account the peculiarities of the space, all wishes, and the lifestyle of the future residents.
• A feature is the absence of partition walls from the developer, which freed us from certain "frames" in planning the residence. However, at the same time, it became a challenge to place all the windows on only one side of the apartment, so in some solutions, we had to make compromises and set priorities.
• Having carefully considered all aspects, we created a functional and ergonomic space that meets all the needs of all future residents: the dreamed comfortable kitchen island, a "home office" room (which can later be transformed into a children's room), spacious storage cabinets, and a bedroom where the morning sun will not wake you up with rays shining directly in your face.
• By the way, about the bedroom... anticipating a supply and exhaust ventilation system, we ensured that all rooms had equally good access to fresh air and maintained a comfortable microclimate, even in the absence of windows.
