1. urgently access the services of a lawyer in a critical situation
2. leisurely familiarize themselves with the lawyer's successful cases and make a thoughtful decision about collaboration, after which they can either perform a preliminary cost estimate for legal support or pay and book an initial 15-minute consultation

4. The bot presents the lawyer and showcases their cases
5. Payment options:
a) urgent consultation
b) regular consultation
6. The data for all consultation requests and preliminary cost estimates are exported to a Google spreadsheet, and a notification is sent to a special closed chat (with all data obtained during the survey)
