TG bot - Content management system, Telegram channel

The bot collects current news from ScienceDaily. After that, it translates them from English to Russian. It allows for convenient publication in a Telegram channel with just a few clicks. It only works for admins (a regular user cannot publish anything). Additionally, already translated texts are saved in the database, so if the user goes back and decides to choose news again, the bot does not waste the API limit of Deepl, through which the translation is implemented. The bot itself is written in Python.
