Bot for issuing VPN configs

Developed a Telegram bot for automatic issuance of VPN configurations to users.

Project functionality:
- User registration and authorization via Telegram.
- Automatic generation and issuance of VPN configs without administrator involvement.
- Integration with the VPN server for creating and managing client connections.
- Tracking active users and monitoring the validity periods of configurations.
- Administrative panel for managing users and service settings.
- Payment processing and automatic access activation (if necessary).
- Logging actions and monitoring system performance.
