Bot-Drop in Telegram Chat

This bot protects the group from bots by using a drop to dissolve. Any participant who has just joined the chat is entitled to send messages and a timer is launched to disconnect for the start of the drop if the time is exhausted, or the user has disconnected incorrectly, it will be banned in that group.
