Bot moderator + forwarding for news channel

The bot was custom-made for a news channel. The bot has the following functionality:

Forwarding from the channel - the bot forwards posts from the channel to groups, first asking the moderator where exactly to forward them (since there were many groups).

Moderation - removes forbidden words (which the bot admin can specify), removes links that people post (to avoid advertising), removes forwarded messages.

Subscription to the channel - the bot checks if the person is subscribed to the channel, and if they are not subscribed, it revokes their rights to write in the group until the person subscribes to the main channel.
