Boxrent Mobile App (Flutter)

Boxrent is a mobile app designed for self-storage service customers. The app allows users to: - View box details (address, rate, lease term) - Manage access: open gates and doors directly from their phone - Pay rent – supports displaying unpaid invoices and quick payments - Track payment history and invoice statuses (paid / overdue) - Review lease documents and contact support - Receive notifications about new invoices or important updates The interface follows Boxrent’s corporate style: minimalist, high-contrast, with a focus on usability and speed.

The app is built with Flutter for cross-platform compatibility (iOS/Android). The backend is implemented in Laravel with REST API. Gate access control is managed via IoT devices. Payments are processed through Stripe. Push notifications are configured via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
