It presupposes the unification of personal apartments-studies with public spaces (table, library, act hall, sports hall with pool) for communication and activities. A block of non-residential rooms, where the offices of doctors, the post of nurses, the pharmacy were placed. The presence of extensive recreational zones (winter garden, surrounding outdoor galleries, inner courts) create comfort and give the opportunity to engage in gardening.
