Building a Telegram bot for a food delivery service

What we did:
- Built a Telegram bot that accepts orders with minimal clicks
- Set up a simple menu: categories, items, cart, checkout
- Connected payment and notifications for the manager
- Made sure the bot works quickly and without freezes
- Tested — fixed errors, everything responds on the first try
- Integrated analytics: see who visits, what they choose, and where they drop off

Now the client doesn't need to call or browse the website — an order is placed in 30 seconds directly in Telegram.
