Calculation of foundation and load-bearing structures in ArchiCAD
I perform constructive processing of foundations, load-bearing, and engineering-related parts of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in ArchiCAD.
In my work, I take into account not only the geometry of the foundation and reinforcement but also real construction nuances: load-bearing walls, columns, reinforced belts, embedded elements, sleeves, passages for water supply, sewage, electricity, drainage, and other engineering networks.
This approach allows for the preliminary identification of conflict areas during the design phase, correctly linking engineering to the structure, anticipating reinforcement zones, and making the documentation understandable for the client, site manager, and construction team.
I work with detailed 2D and 3D presentations so that the project is not just a set of drawings but a visual and practical tool for implementation on site.
I can process: foundation slabs, strip foundations, beams, reinforced belts, columns, load-bearing walls, partitions, embedded details, engineering inputs, drainage solutions, connection nodes, and explanatory 3D diagrams.
The goal of my work is to create a technically sound, visually clear, and practical design solution that helps avoid mistakes before the construction begins.
