At the start of the collaboration, we received an advertising account with duplicate conversions, incorrect call tracking, and a broken product feed. A third of the products did not appear in the ads at all due to a technical error in the feed — and previous contractors did not notice this.
Sales through the cart on the website were not transmitted to the CRM with any tags. We conducted the integration ourselves — this provided end-to-end analytics across advertising campaigns: application statuses, lead quality, actual sales.
What we did:
— Eliminated technical errors in the feed and connected the full range of products to the ads
— Integrated the OpenCart website with the CRM system
— Set up correct call tracking through telephony
— Launched and optimized campaigns of types Search, Shopping, Performance Max
— At the current stage — transferring actual sales to the advertising cabinet
