Chatbot for the Facebook page
Chatbot for the Canadian city quests Xterio (https://www.facebook.com/xteriopage).
Task: develop a chatbot for the FB page, which will be a guide-quest to Montreal.
What was done:
- The bots structure and quests mechanics are developed with scores on the ManyChat platform. For the correct answers, the user received points.
- Different possibilities of the platform have been used: response with time limit, input data from the user, use of conditions, random, tags.
- Together with the customer selected content for the bot - questions with a cultural and historical context about Montreal.
The possibility of accepting payments in one click is connected in the bot itself.
Results: a chatbot was collected in which the user by script passed a chain of tasks-quests: ordinary with the choice of the right answer, the input of the right answer, the time, the sound. Depending on the answers, the points were charged, which can be spent on various bonuses.
