Chat-Bot in Telegram for access to the course
Project goal: development of a Telegram bot and its integration with the payment system WayForPay.
What has been done:
1) A funnel for the chatbot has been developed, where I thought through and wrote down each step for the target audience;
2) A workaround for Telegram's limitation on the size of adding video and audio materials (since Telegram allows adding videos only up to 50 MB, while the client's were from 150 MB);
3) The funnel has been implemented: a welcome message was added after START and 6 buttons (the ability to immediately go to any day of training and receive all materials);
4) Integration with the payment system WayForPay: after successful payment on the landing page, an automatic transition to the Telegram bot was implemented, providing full access to the paid course.
5) A system has been implemented that prevents the forwarding of content that is in the bot.
6) Additionally, a system was implemented to ensure access to the chatbot only for those who have paid for the course. That is, even if a person receives a link to the chatbot, after transitioning, the bot will check for payment and, in the absence of the person in the database, will issue a notification of lack of access and the possibility to contact the administrator.
The bot was implemented in 3 days, taking into account corrections to the text and materials. The client was satisfied; the review can be viewed in the "Reviews" section.
