Chatbot in Telegram for selecting auto parts

Task: The store owner wanted to create a chatbot in Telegram that would help select car parts based on the VIN code. The bot's operation principle should be as simple and clear as possible so that absolutely anyone, even those far from the world of spare parts or car construction, could use it.

Solution: We developed a simple and user-friendly chatbot that guides the user step by step through the process of selecting spare parts. If the data input turns out to be incorrect, the bot notifies about the error and suggests trying again. After successfully entering the VIN code, the bot provides information about the car for verification of correctness. The user can go to the catalog and select the necessary parts, comparing them by price, manufacturer, and other parameters. There is also an option to view photos and installation diagrams of the parts.

Result: The bot automated the process of selecting spare parts, significantly simplifying it for clients, which led to an increase in conversion and improved usability.
