Chatbot on Instagram | Lead magnet delivery and Telegram channel transfer
In Instagram, we gained +8000 new followers for our client in one day.
More than 450 people subscribed to the Telegram channel in one day.
In the last 3 months, the total is +75000.
How is this even possible, you may ask?
It's quite simple, I'll explain everything below.
1) The first and most important thing is to find a working video format that will get over 10k views. Although I said this is the most important, it is also the most difficult, as finding a format that will attract such a number of views is not easy, I would say it's hard. I was fully involved in the project, which is why we tested a lot of options and finally found ours.
I won't go into the details of the video format, but the essence is this:
We engage our target audience -> provide a small value -> promise to send more valuable information for FREE if the person writes us a "code phrase" in Direct.
2) Stage 2: Automation of lead magnet delivery in Direct.
Since our reel gets over 10k views, we physically cannot manually provide information to everyone.
For this, I created a chatbot for the client that, based on the code phrase in Direct/Comments under the reel:
- sends a welcome message
- then checks the subscription to our IG account
- after subscribing to our account, it transfers the target audience from Instagram to the Telegram channel, where our lead magnet is located.
As a result, an organic audience without targeting and artificial boosts in Instagram and Telegram :)
