Chatbot "Food Order from Restaurants"
Access to the bot through a mini-landing page, where the user can choose a convenient messenger for communication with the bot - Telegram or Viber.
In the bot, the user can place an order at their favorite restaurant by "adding to the cart" any dish from 185 items presented only in one restaurant. The user can adjust the dishes they have added to the cart at any time. They can order utensils and leave a note for the kitchen and the courier.
Right in the bot, the user can make a payment through the connected payment system WayForPay or choose to pay upon receipt to the courier (available only to regular customers and those not on the "blacklist").
After placing an order, the bot automatically sends notifications:
• The 1st goes to a closed Telegram chat of the specific restaurant, with a list of dishes, necessary utensils, and comments from the customers, so the kitchen can start fulfilling the order.
• The 2nd notification goes to a closed Telegram chat "Couriers," also with a list of dishes, the name and geo-point of the restaurant, and the contact details of the customer along with their geo-point.
• Simultaneously, the data on the formed order is exported to a Google spreadsheet.
The bot also calculates the delivery cost of the order from a specific restaurant depending on the customer's geo-location, as well as taking into account the weather coefficient, and adds the delivery cost to the total bill. The bot has the option to tip the courier.
The user has the ability to ask a question to the manager. Upon the appearance of a question, a notification is sent to a special closed chat with the managers, indicating that a certain user has asked a question, and the manager can immediately start answering the question through an active button in the notification.
