AI chatbot for client scheduling with integration into CRM via Zapier

Client request:
The medical clinic needed AI chatbots for answering client questions, creating content for social media, automating appointment bookings, and synchronizing data with CRM GoHighLevel and Google Sheets.

What I did:
• Created two AI chatbots in Zapier for customer support and content creation.
• Set up AI-based content generation with results sent to Google Sheets.
• Added the ability to book appointments through Calendly directly in the chatbot.
• Configured automatic contact creation in GoHighLevel and Google Sheets after booking.
• Set up notifications for the clinic team in messengers.

Result:
- Leads and appointment bookings are automatically transferred to CRM GoHighLevel and Google Sheets.
- The AI chatbot answers client questions and leads to appointment bookings.
