Chatbot for Online Schools
A chatbot in ManyChat that generates applications for a curriculum (course).
Inside the chat bot is a test that is passed by potential students.
When a graduate passes the test at the end of the bot makes a score calculation and automatically enrolls the student in one or another group depending on the level of knowledge of the graduate.
The bot is able to qualify a potential client, show all the content of the curriculum directly in the messenger easily, quickly in an interactive form and take to online payment or booking a place for the course.
The bot is integrated with the payment system Wayforpay.
After online payments, lessons are opened automatically on the Getcourse platform.
It also responds to the manager’s standard questions, removing this task from the sales department, if necessary connecting the administrator to the dialogue.
And of course the contact data (applications) is transferred to the AmoCRM (there may be any CRM system) or to the Exel table.
