Chatbot for Business School
A chatbot in ManyChat that generates applications for a curriculum (course).
Such a bot is able to qualify a potential client, show all the content on the curriculum directly in the messenger easily, quickly in an interactive form and take to online payment or booking a place for the course.
The bot is integrated with the payment system Wayforpay.
After online payments, lessons are opened automatically on the Getcourse platform.
It also responds to the manager’s standard questions, removing this task from the sales department, if necessary connecting the administrator to the dialogue.
And of course the contact data (applications) is transferred to the AmoCRM (there may be any CRM system) or to the Exel table.
