The 1st goes to the closed chat Telegram of a particular restaurant, with a list of dishes, the necessary dishes and the customer’s comments that the kitchen could begin to perform the order.The 2nd notification goes to the closed chat Telegram "Courier", as well as with the list of dishes, the name and geo-point of the Restaurant and the customer's contact details and the indication of its geo-point
• Parallelly with this, the data on the order formed is uploaded to the Google table.Likewise, the bot calculates the cost of delivery of the order from a particular restaurant depending on the geolocation of the customer, and also taking into account the weather factor and adds the cost of delivery to the total account.In the bot, there is the possibility to pay the "chai" courier.
The user has the opportunity to ask a question to the manager.In the fact that the question appears, the special closed chat with the bot managers sends a notification that such a user has asked the question and the manager by the active button from the notification can immediately begin to answer the question.
