The customer had to automatize the process of receiving the order for the delivery of clothes.Forming within the same bot the usual store with a basket was not possible, as the Customer’s business model understood that the User can choose any model from any catalogue and order it for delivery to Ukraine.1 .At the beginning, the User goes to the Main menu with the switch buttons "Order", "Rules of Purchases", Tariffs, etc.

2ndBy the "Order" button - the bot carries out the User's initial query and "knows" which model and from which catalog he has chosen, asks to indicate the required size and color of the chosen model.In this way, the User can form the basket by filling it with the desired models and send it to the Manager.ThreeThe formed order is attributed to the individual number, as well as the date and time of forming the order.This order is further uploaded to the Google tables, along with the User’s personal data.4 .The manager prescribes in Google a table against the order its cost.The bot "recovers" these data from the table and sends it to the User with the indication of the card number on which you need to make the payment and the payment instructions.and 5.After payment, the User sends a check screen to the chat.The manager receives notification that the order is paid.6 .The manager confirms the fact that the money is received and changes the order status in the Google table to "Payed".The bot "save" these data from the table and sends the User a confirmation of the successful payment.Parallelly, the bot sends a notification to another group - "Store" that the order is paid and it needs to be ordered and delivered.7 .After the actual delivery of the goods, the Seller changes the order status in the Google table, to the "Distributed" and the bot exactly the same "receives" the new status and sends a notification to the Customer.8 .Also in the bot is implemented the opportunity for the User to ask the question to the manager, at different stages of movement on the wheel.The User's Question "falls" in the Chat Manager along with an interactive button, by which the Manager can immediately go to the Chat with that User.
