I developed a custom AI chatbot integrated with a web platform to provide automated customer service and increase user engagement. The chatbot utilizes natural language understanding, real-time message processing, and contextual responses. I implemented secure user authentication and data handling using Firebase Auth. I designed an intuitive chat interface in React, ensuring smooth and responsive performance across different devices. The backend is based on Node.js and AWS Lambda, allowing for scalable and cost-effective cloud hosting.
