The project is a comprehensive automation and accounting system (CRM/ERP solution) developed for the Official Service Center "Citadel". The main goal of creating this platform is to completely eliminate paper routines, monitor the stages of equipment repair in real time, optimize interaction between clients, managers, and technicians, as well as ensure a high level of security for commercial data.
