Enot clean - this is a cleaning service in the city of Lviv. They turned to us for our services after a recommendation.
We worked with targeting, but on small budgets and the results were unsatisfactory.
Main tasks:
✓ Attract quality applications for the sales department
✓ Brand loyalty formation
What has been done:
✓ Communicative and targeting promotion strategy
✓ Stable lead generation within KPI
Strategy:
After conducting all possible analyses (market, competitors, product, website, etc.), we identified the main advantages that we turned into triggers for the end consumer.
The main task is still sales, but it is always interesting to sell comprehensive cleaning at a good average check, so we attracted people with campaigns for cheap services with a discount trigger and for general cleaning.
An interesting fact is that campaigns aimed at cheap services also provided a good average check at a much lower cost per customer
