Collection and analysis of call reports

The organization receives daily reports of calls made by managers, in files in the formats xls, xlsx, csv. The program opens the files, extract the necessary information from them, collects in a single base and provides the possibility of analysis, search, viewing by managers, teams, projects, categories, samples about arbitrary criteria, graph building, etc.
