Task: convert organic Google traffic into purchases, increase ROMI above 200%, and stay within a limited budget.
What I did:
– analyzed organic → added retargeting for site visitors, divided into "cart" / "product view";
– launched Meta campaigns focusing on personalized promo codes and free shipping;
– set up weekly "flash-sale" creatives in stories to boost conversion;
– optimized budgets: turned off ad sets with ROAS
