Comprehensive website overhaul

Complete technical and visual redesign of the website. Implemented a new ordering system with dynamic briefing creation for service orders, projects, a catalog of 40K items, support for various payment methods, and automated user reminders about unpaid orders. Added a full-featured blog, completely redesigned the client dashboard with improved UX. Significantly expanded the admin panel functionality. Integrated a new payment system, including server-side status processing and retry payment logic. Fully migrated the website to a Linux server with performance and security optimization. Added email notifications for key events.
