Project overview: This case illustrates the successful launch of a contextual advertising campaign for the AMEL medical center, the first accredited clinic in Ukraine according to the Global Clinic Rating, which entered the TOP-10 best dental clinics in the world. The main goal of the campaign was to attract new patients through contextual ads in search engines, as well as to optimize conversion costs, which ensured a stable growth in the number of appointment bookings.

Strategic approach:

Market and competitor analysis: A comprehensive analysis of the dental services market and competitors was conducted to identify key opportunities in contextual advertising.
Development of effective creatives: Advertising creatives were created that correspond to the specifics of contextual advertising, focusing on patient search queries.
Regular monitoring and optimization: Daily monitoring of the effectiveness of contextual campaigns was implemented, allowing for prompt adjustments to achieve the best results.
Launch and support of campaigns: Contextual advertising campaigns were launched and supported with constant updates and adjustments, ensuring a stable increase in conversions.
Key metrics:

Number of clicks: 17,917 clicks with a total budget of 135,000 UAH per month.
Cost per conversion: The average cost per conversion was 180 UAH.
Cost per appointment: The cost of one appointment booking was 550 UAH.
Number of conversions: 742 conversions per month, total number of conversions – 894.
Results: The launch of the contextual advertising campaign for the AMEL clinic demonstrated high effectiveness in attracting new patients, optimizing conversion costs, and increasing the number of appointment bookings, confirming our professional approach to advertising in the medical field.
