"Correa" is the company that provides the largest in Ukraine range of accessories and furniture for the clock, as well as a wide range of clock repair services.After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the company did not cease its work: it continued to provide jobs, pay salaries, help the USSR and all the customers of Correa.Now is the time to develop the business more active, which is quite difficult and dangerous to do in Kharkiv.It was for this reason that the decision was taken to open a branch in Kiev.This gives the opportunity not only to expand the business, but also to provide more jobs, to expand the possibilities of providing services with the repair of clocks.The tasks
In order to make the opening of a branch in Kyiv as fast and efficient as possible, the Promodex team has set out the main tasks:
Create a website for Kiev;
- Start new advertising campaigns in this region;
SEO optimization of the site;
Advertising on social networks.Processes
The Promodex team has decided to implement the project in the following stages:
- Develop a website in the shortest time on the basis of the previously developed online store correa.com.ua;
- To analyze the market of Kyiv and the region, the competitive environment, to identify the strong and weak sides, the main accents and to create a media development plan of the project;
- To perform a search query analysis to create a semantic core of a website.- Create the structure of the site, starting from the semantic core;
- Processing the UI/UX project, based on the conducted analysis;
Create new advertising campaigns under current tasks;
- Implement internal and external optimization of the site to increase organic traffic;
- Protest the project, including load tests, usability, productivity and safety.Results
The Promodex team for 20 days implemented the key solution: from customer address to website implementation and the launch of advertising campaigns and SEO optimization of the site.The site is located in the green area of PageSpeed Insights, which was an important parameter for SEO optimization of the site.According to the results of the analysis, 31% of customers of the company addressed services in Kiev in the first 16 days of the site.Four new customers have joined.We continue to work actively on the development of the project and do this with all the soul, suffering for the project, as for our own child.That is why the result is just the beginning.In the coming months we will be able to provide a new statistics and congratulate the customer with the result.Auditory

In the implementation of the project participated a team of 9 specialists: project manager, business analyst, marketing scientist, UI/UX specialist, seo specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, QA specialist, PPC specialist.The site is designed using the site management system and CMS Opencart version 3, as this platform meets all technical requirements as well as the customer’s advantages.
