Database of Correspondence
It was made for the office, can also be used in the reception for example.
Written in C# (Net 4.0) + SQLite database
The functions:
List of entering documentation,, letters
list of outgoing documentation,, letters, answers
- magazine for lists (image in the given interval dates)
- search by key fields (odseyates by set,registro dependency)
Additional guidelines (for the fastest setting of the most common)
Addition, editing, removal (in the number of several records simultaneously selected using ctrl/shift)
- save one or more records in a specific form in the format docx.
The form can be made by your own!
- import data to the entering/output/output guidelines from the xlsx file
- program settings (routes for work, templates, field images, etc.)
