An EP cover

The task was to listen to a musical EP and create a cover for it. Since the album featured many sounds recorded separately in nature, I chose a "shamanic theme" for the cover design. The album was called The Lapland EP, so I decided to paint a transparent bird, seemingly made of ice, flying over a forest. I added the sun and the moon as symbols of connection to ancient shamanic practices and cosmological beliefs.
After the sketch was approved, I created the final illustration and added the band’s name and the album title.
