A single cover

The task was to create a cover that would convey the eastern character of the music, as a Turkish musical instrument—the saz—was used in the composition. I suggested adding the instrument itself to the cover and, to subconsciously evoke associations with eastern motifs, replicating ornaments from the interior of a temple in Turkey based on a photo taken by the client during their trip to the country. To add mystery to the artwork, I painted a sunset after a hot day, and against its background, depicted the saz only as a silhouette, "veiling" it with a semi-transparent curtain. The final stage was selecting fonts that best suited the composition and adding the names of the band and the track.
