Corporate Task-Manager Bot in Telegram
Developed a custom Telegram bot for automating team management and task execution control. The tool addresses the issue of "forgotten" assignments through an automatic reminder system, strict deadline tracking, and transparent progress tracking for the manager. The entire interface is built on convenient inline buttons to minimize manual input. An architecture has been created that is ready for further scaling.

Role model: Clear distribution of rights between Administrator (task assignment, control, analytics) and Employee (execution, status changes, commenting).
Smart reminders: Automated push notification system before the deadline (24 and 3 hours in advance) and immediate escalation to the manager in case of overdue tasks.
Seamless UX: Maximally simple interface based on inline keyboards. Moving a task to work, requesting a deadline extension (with mandatory justification), or closing it is done in 1-2 clicks.
Automatic reporting: Generation of daily summaries for the admin (total number of tasks, overdue, closed, problematic areas).
Action logging: Saving the complete history of interaction with the task to resolve disputed situations.
