Results:

• The chatbot is capable of generating customer interest before a purchase.
• The chatbot is capable of processing payments through PayPal.
• The chatbot is capable of checking the status of an order and reviews on Amazon.

Conclusions:

A chatbot is an excellent way to engage with your target audience, keeping them engaged and converting them into paid orders. Unfortunately, in the CIS countries, businesses may not fully understand the advantages of chatbots. Hopefully, the situation will change;)
