A Google My Business profile was created and optimized for the photo studio ArtMix to enhance local visibility in search results, attract clients, and increase the number of orders. The profile was regularly updated with current information about the studio, products, and promotions.
What was done:
• Created and verified the Google My Business profile.
• Filled the profile with quality data: contact information, address, working hours.
• Posted quality photographs of the studio premises and services offered.
• Set up categories and keywords for query relevance.
• Written a unique description of the studio using keywords.
• Added service cards with descriptions and prices.
• Configured parameters for client interaction: website link, directions, answers to questions.
• Regularly published news, promotions, and special offers.
• Developed and implemented a plan for collecting client reviews.
• Responded to all reviews to increase loyalty.
• Continuous analysis of Google My Business statistics (queries, visits, calls) and profile adjustments.
Results:
• Increased profile views on Google Maps by 250%.
• Growth in the number of calls through the profile by 200%.
