Creation of a system of internal product codes in Excel

Developed a system of internal product codes based on Excel for structured product accounting. Built the logic for generating articles based on product types, characteristics, and materials, allowing for the automatic generation of unique codes for each item. Organized data into a clear and scalable structure, convenient for working with a large volume of products and further use in e-commerce systems. The solution allows: — to quickly generate product codes — to reduce the number of errors during filling — to standardize the product catalog — to prepare data for import into an online store or CRM. Working with Excel / Google Sheets: data processing, structure, logic, process optimization.
